The point about the different continents featuring different flora and fana is pretty cool. It's not compeltely true though, both continents feature Octorks (the blue version can be found heading towards the Mountain Town of Darunia), Moas appear on both continents too though the eastern once are quite different being invisible as do Bago Bagos (the skullfish like enemies appearing on bridges). Both varieties of Deelers (spider like enemies) also appear on each continent and the devil like Acheman appears with no variation too. Still though it seems they did make quite the effort to have different species native to both continents since most of those examples above are restricted to Palette swaps only. An interesting observation to be sure. Don Lark Kiin 10:28, 30 July 2012 (EDT)

Agitha is a little girl of about 10 years old who lives in her castle in the Hyrule Castle Town. She pretends to be a princess of the insect kingdom living in her own little castle house. She sent out invitations to the Golden Bugs to come to her ball. There are twelve types of bugs, each having a male and female for 24 bugs total. She believes that they have each gotten lost on their way, so Link must find all 24 bugs for her. For each bug Link gives her, she gives him 50 Rupees. For each time he makes a pair, she gives him 100 Rupees. When Link gives her the first bug, she gives him the Big Wallet. After taking all 24 bugs to Agitha, Link receives the Giant Wallet. If Link leaves her castle when he still has Golden Bugs to give her, she will whisper "I know you have bugs..." accompanied by a low growl.

  +
Although she is a bit delusional, she is very kind and caring. She is one of the few characters that is not afraid of Wolf Link, but rather, she asks if he would like to play with her, because she thinks he is a puppy; she apologizes for not being able to speak puppy, indicating she thinks that Wolf Link wants to tell her something. Sometimes she can be found outside the southern gates of Hyrule Castle Town during the daytime before Link has brought her all 24 bugs; she states she is looking for bugs in the flowers. This is the only time she carries her trademark parasol and basket. If Link speaks to her around sunset when she is walking back to the city, she says she is heading home and if Link wants to talk to her, he should come visit her at her posh castle.

Just a little comment on that Non-linear section-thingy: In Skyward Sword, the order you visit Faron and Eldin in in the "song of the hero"-quest doesn't matter. Of course, we all now that if it hadn't been for that game breaking glitch, Lanayru would've been included there as well. 18:29, 30 July 2012 (EDT)

:True. The only reason I don't note that is that I'm focusing on the dungeon sequence, which is linear. Maybe I'll add a note about the Song of the Hero quests. --Osteoderm Jacket 18:41, 30 July 2012 (EDT)

Trivia
Zelda removes the original "spirit of the hero" (i.e. the element of Link that keeps reincarnating into new Links) from the Adult Timeline when she sends Link back to change history. Rather than dying and thus making reincarnation possible, Link simply vanishes without a trace. This is why no Link appears when Ganon breaks free from the Sacred Realm between OoT and TWW. This is also why multiple local deities and other savvy characters say that the Link in TWW is not the chosen hero; he is not part of the original chain of Link reincarnations. Instead, he earns his chosen hero status anew over the course of TWW.

  +
*If Link wears the Zora Armor the first time he meets Agitha, she will think he is a Jewel Beetle.
Barring the initial sentence which is supported by the Japanese translation of the prologue and the KoRL's comment at Tower of the Gods, I disagree. Link of TWW is the Hero of Time returned. I've cited this argument I found this morning to back this up. As we now know, both posters were correct in their archetypal assessment of reincarnation; however as they both fail to point out, the King is astonished once it turns out Link is in fact the true bearer of the Triforce of Courage and immediately dons an air of apologetic acquiescence after his misjudging Link (having used him only to make the way for the presumed real hero easier).

  +
*Agitha's clothes are of the lolita fashion style, which is a popular style in Japan and fans of Japanese culture. Her style is a mix of classic and sweet with a bug motif.

*Agitha's Japanese name, アゲハ, is likely based on the Japanese name for the Swallowtail Butterfly, 揚羽蝶. Agitha may be based on the Agatha (gastropod) genus of snails.
In other words, I see Ganondorf as the only veritable source to say whether or not Link is the chosen Hero we all know he's bound by fate to now. As for why Link isn't around to stop Ganon, we don't know for sure. However, the significance of the Hero's Shield as a family heirloom tells me that some knight with a line to the progenitor SS Link (or TMC Link) existed alongside the Hero of Time or later, that through some form came to inherit his shield or a symbolic replica of it. I'm not saying this person was a missing post-OoT Link in Ganon's prediluvian return. Merely inferring there could be a number of answers to that question, including that there was one and he simply failed to stop Ganon before the gods (possibly because as the KoRL says in the English version?? http://i.imgur.com/lviCFxn.jpg), or the family lineage that could bear his spirit only had females at the time (Whether due to Zelda's action, you decide.).

  +
*Agitha's French name, Machaon, appears to be based on the binomial name for the Old World Swallowtail, Papilio machaon.
  +
*Agitha's Italian name, Xenia, is likely based on the meaning of the English name Agatha, both meaning good or generosity. Xenia is also the outdated name for the Ethmia genus of moths.

Unlike Hylia or the various local deities (e.g. the Great Deku Tree), the goddesses Din, Nayru, and Farore don't actually care who's running the world or what its residents do to each other, so long as it continues to exist. This is why the Triforce works the way it does.

  +
<gallery>
I disagree with this too. If the goddesses worked like that then they would have left Ganon to rule. In the JP version Zelda says "Nobody knows why the Ancient Gods created the Triforce. But this is what I think. Despite it being created by the Gods, it’s a power which the Gods’ Tribe can’t use... Couldn’t that be a hope which is granted to ones which aren’t Gods?"

  +
File:Agitha Concept.jpg|Concept art from Hyrule Historia
That sounds to me as if she's loosely saying that the Triforce was made impartial so that mankind would grow into gods in an objective environ; not one influenced by beings greater than them who keep the balance, whether they're good or bad. The context of her saying this is particularly interesting as it precedes immediately talking of Link being her hero and Hylia's sacrifice of her divinity. It's as if there's a double meaning to it, and they are the ensamples of her theory (which even with Hylia's memories is only a postulation). Partway through the conversation she inserts "The Absolute Power, the Trifoce, created by the Gods and, such, it couldn’t be used by the Gods’ Tribe." but doesn't touch on it again until the end.

Of other interest, the OP cites a fascinating point at the bottom of the post. "It makes sense now that at the end of SS, Shuuen no Mono's "curse" is more of a declaration of War against the God's tribe and those who defend it. It also makes me think that at the end, the "Demon Tribe's Realm" is the antithesis to the Silent Realm, which I believe to be the Sacred Realm, which is the God's Tribe Realm. But that's another theory for another time." I hadn't thought of that, but that could explain why Demise is not considered a god at all as I touched on your point between these, and thus able to to wield the Triforce at all. He's not from the God's Tribe Real but his own realm or world(Perhaps Lorule, and his "Demon's Tribe's Realm" becomes their Sacred Realm?).
