Accounts which are more than 14 days old, and have made at least 100 edits, are automatically promoted to the autoconfirmed group. Autoconfirmed users can do things such as move and edit semi-protected pages. User page edits do not count towards the 100 total. This includes all sub-pages in the user namespace.
