Zelda has been referenced numerous times in an online cartoon series known as Homestar Runner. Problem is, since it's not exactly TV, I have no idea where to put it. Minda of Darkness
Super Mario 3D Land
In 5-2 of Super Mario 3D Land,the second star coin is a parody of The Legend of Zelda Series.If you go whith Fire Mario and go to the rigth instead of up in the zone whit the rotating spiked chain,you will see four torchs.If you lit the four torchs whit fireballs,a door will open whit the same sound in The Legend of Zelda Series and it can be there.What you think?--HeyListen 05:16, 14 September 2012 (EDT)

Remove "references" from the page?
There are a lot of references and parody to Zelda in a ton of shows and media across television and the internet, but should they really be included here, which is specifically about actual cameos? Perhaps they should have their own page. Some of them are also quite subjective, while others are incredibly vague and have no sources cited. I feel there's a big difference to Link making an appearance in SMRPG or Kirby getting a Link hat and abilities to something like "In the episode "Hill Billy," Dennis the Dirt Gnome's hand looks exactly like a Dexihand when it protrudes from the ground" which sounds incredibly subjective and sounds like it could just be in the mind of the contributor than an intentional reference.
