Yiga Clan Masks are recurring items and objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][name reference needed] They are wooden Masks worn by members of the Yiga Clan which bear an upside-down Sheikah Eye.[2]
Location and uses[]
Breath of the Wild[]
Yiga Clan Masks are worn by all active members of the Yiga Clan over their face. It is held on by matte iron rivets in a cross shape which spans the rest of their head.[2] This cannot be seen on Yiga Blademasters due to the fact that they wear a hood. Accompanying the mask are two iron earrings: on Yiga Footsoldiers, they are straight; on Yiga Blademasters, they curve to resemble tusks; on Master Kohga, they appear as hooks.[2] Most masks are simple and oval-shaped, but Master Kohga's features six curving horns, three on each side, on the top portion of his mask.
On the west face of the central column in the Yiga Clan Hideout are 24 Yiga Clan Masks, arranged in two six-by-two patterns. These can't be interacted with and are purely cosmetic.
Crossover appearances[]
