Wooden Mops are recurring Items and Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2] Wooden Mops go unnamed in Skyward Sword.
Location and Uses[]
Skyward Sword[]
In Skyward Sword, a Wooden Mop can be found inside the Knight Academy in Skyloft. It is found leaning against the wall inside the Restroom. When examined, a message appears stating that it's used to keep the room clean.[3]
Breath of the Wild[]
Hyrule Compendium Entry
Wooden Mops are commonly used to clean up around households in Hyrule Kingdom.[1] Therefore, they can be found in villages such as Hateno Village and ruins within East Necluda and Hyrule Field. Despite their intended purpose, Wooden Mops have a sturdy construction, giving them some merit in combat.[1]
Being made of Wood, Wooden Mops will float when dropped in Water. They are also unable to conduct Electricity or attract Lightning when equipped during Thunderstorms, but they will burn when exposed to a Fire or a Scorching Climate.
Wooden Mops belong to the Daily Use Goods equipment archetype, which consists of tools used for the upkeep of settlements throughout Hyrule Kingdom.[4]
