"What's for Dinner?" is a Side Quest in Breath of the Wild.[1]
Overview[]
In Lurelin Village, Link can meet Kiana, who explains that she is from a family of fishermen.[2] She asks her son, Kinov, what she should make for dinner.[3] He suggests Kiana Cook her Seafood Paella,[4] which she agrees with.[5]
Though Kinov is happy about this,[6] Kiana admits to Link that she is missing the Goat Butter and Hearty Blueshell Snail to make the meal.[7] Due to how busy she is with housework, she has not had the time to go shopping for them.[8] Therefore, she asks Link if he could retrieve the ingredients for her.[9] If he agrees, Kiana will be happy,[10] and the Side Quest will begin.
Goat Butter is sold at High Spirits Produce in Kakariko Village and The Slippery Falcon in Rito Village. In addition, Agus sells them on his path between Dueling Peaks Stable and Hateno Village. Hearty Blueshell Snails, on the other hand, are found on the shores of the Lanayru Sea and Necluda Sea.
Once Link has acquired both ingredients, he can return to Lurelin Village, where Kiana will ask for them.[11] After obtaining them, she will begin to Cook.[12] Before she does, though, she gives Link a Purple Rupee to thank him.[13] She also invites Link to eat with her family.[14] After Cooking, she gives Link some of her Seafood Paella and encourages him to eat it.[15] After obtaining the meal, the Side Quest will be completed.
