Koboli is the mail sorter of the Rito people in The Wind Waker. He is currently the third generation of postmen, but a small rumor has been going around that there may be ancestor of his from a long time ago that was a postman just like him.

He hires Link to be an assistant sorter and becomes so impressed with Link that he hires another person, Baito.
