The Fisherman is a character in Majora's Mask who is found in the Fisherman's House at Great Bay. He will tell you that he is the best fisher there is, even better than the Zora's. But due to warm and murky waters of late he has not been able to catch many fish. He also tells you that he had seen a Zora floating lifelessly in the water but that it was probably too late. If you talk to his seahorse it will ask you to take it back to Pinnacle Rock. The Fisherman will say that it is rare but you can have it if you give him a pictograph of a female pirate(not unlike the Gerudo's from Ocarina Of Time).
