The Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower is a Skyview Tower located in Thyphlo Ruins. It is placed within the middle of the ruins.
When Link approaches the tower, he sees a man named <MISSING>. He says <MISSING>. He deduced that something on top of the tower is wrong but can't find a way up to figure out why.
To <MISSING>, Link must climb to the top of the either by hand or use the floating platforms scattered around the tower. For the latter, each of these platforms often contains one Rocket Zonai Device that can be used to ascend Link higher. Once he reaches the top of the tower, it is revealed that problem was a floating platform obstructing the lid of the tower. Once the floating platform is removed, the tower is <MISSING>
MISSING. Once Link uses the Tower to scan his surroundings, he gains map information for Great Hyrule Forest for both the land and sky. It can also be used to reach the <MISSING> Sky Archipelago.
