Description
These spell-casting monsters can be found all over Hyrule. They use their thunderstorm rods to hurl balls of electricity or to summon monsters surging with electricity and have been known to cause thunderstorms in the area. The weather will normalize once the Wizzrobe is defeated.
Common Locations
Hyrule Field
Tabantha Frontier
Recoverable Materials
None

Thunder Wizzrobes are a variant of Electric Wizzrobes. They attack by using their Thunderstorm Rods to cast three balls of electricity, to summon Electric Chuchus and Electric Keese, as well as to summon thunderstorms that will strike Link if he is wielding any metallic Weapon.[2] Thunder Wizzrobes will turn invisible after attacking, however, they leave trails below them. Performing a headshot will stun them, giving Link time to attack. After defeat, they will drop their Thunderstorm Rods.

Other Appearances

Thunder Wizzrobes appear as Enemies in the Pulse of the Ancients Downloadable Content pack for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, fighting with stronger attacks, such as firing electric magic blasts in a spinning motion.
