Template:Character Volga is an antagonist in Hyrule Warriors.
Biography
Volga is the companion of Cia, with whom he wages war on the Kingdom of Hyrule. He traded his soul to Cia for physical strength.[1] His magical powers allow him to breathe fire and turn into a dragon. He has also been shown to only turn certain parts of his body into dragon limbs, such as his arm for example.
Design
Volga's name, physical appearance, and magical abilities are a reference to the boss Volvagia from Ocarina of Time.
