Before the mission starts, a cutscene plays where the Champions and Zelda are walking alongside some Hylian Soldiers. Mipha askes Daruk if they can train together, mentioning she wants to better defend people important to her, to which the camera focuses on Link. Daruk is glad to invite Mipha along, but when they finish talking, Sooga and some Yiga Footsoldiers appear.
