The Siege of Fort Hateno is a Challenge in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[name reference needed]

Overview[]

"The Siege of Fort Hateno" is located in the Necluda region at Fort Hateno. "The Siege of Fort Hateno" can be unlocked after Calamity Ganon is unlocked as a playable character.

The Challenge starts at which the first Warrior is positioned inside Fort Hateno while the other 3 is positioned in front of the fort. Shortly after, a Guardian enters the fort and the time starts ticking from 10 minutes. However, if the guardian is killed, the timer temporarily stops until the next Guardian enters the fort.

The player is then directed to kill the Malice Hinox or the Malice Frost Talus. Once the Malice Hinox is killed, a gate to Astor is open. Astor is accompanied with 3 Stalmoblins. If Astor's health drops to one half, he will exclaim and withdraw from the battlefield and move on to the next. Near the next battlefield, sits a Malice Igneo Talus. After killing the Malice Igneo Talus, another gate opens and Astor can be killed in the battlefield inside the gate.

Once the Malice Frost Talus is killed, a gate opens to Harbinger Ganon. The fight is accompanied with 3 Guardian Scouts I. Just like the Astor fight, when its health drops to 1/2, it will withdraw. Then, a Malice Lynel appears. After killing the Malice Lynel, another gate opens to another location of the latter half of the Harbinger Ganon fight.

After both Astor and Harbinger Ganon are taken out, Calamity Ganon appears in front of Fort Hateno. The Challenge is finished when Calamity Ganon is killed.
