"The Never-Ending Lecture" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview[]
Link sees Khira and Chroma at the throne room, where Khira appeared to be lecturing Chroma. Chroma stated that she and Khira were meant to give him a Zora Helm as thanks for saving Zora's Domain. However, Chroma claims that she misplaced it at the "sky fish," and placed it somewhere "inside." Khira apparently doesn't believe her who then continue scolding her.
Taking Chroma's word, Link searched the skies and found the "sky fish." Looking around, he found an opening that lead him inside sky fish. There, he found the Zora Helm inside a treasure chest.

- If Link returns to Chroma and Khira, Khira will sigh that it was actually in the sky[1] and Chroma will glee that Link believed her[2]. But nonetheless, Khira blames Chroma for putting the responsibility onto Link and continues scolding her[3], to Chroma's dismay.
