The Bait Bag is a bag in TWW, and holds Hyoi Pears and All-Purpose Bait. The bait allows Link to feed Fishman and attract wild animals, such as Rats and Seagulls, and even encourage large pigs to dig in the dirt., and can hold up to eight pieces of animal feed (either individual Hyoi Pears, bunches of up to three All-Purpose Bait, or a mix of the two). It is purchased from Beedle, the traveling merchant that is seen throughout the world map, for a reasonable 20 Rupees. Food purchased from Beedle is automatically put in the bag, giving Link the choice to equip any piece of food stored within, rather then the bag itself. Restocking the Bait Bag can also be done with the Hand-Me-Down Tingle Tuner.
