The Talonto Peak is a location in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is located in the Hebra Mountains region of Hyrule. A lone ceder tree grows atop the mountain. Though Link can cut it down a new ceder tree will replace it should he leave and return to the area.

Related Shrine Quest

In Rito Village, the Rito fledgling Molli will tell Link a story about her grandpa and the lone ceder tree on Talonto Peak. According to her, her grandpa stopped at the tree and saw a HUGE snow-white birdie to the northwest and took off towards it and as he got close saw something SUPER important inside its belly, however she confides that she usually falls asleep before hearing what the secret is. She points out the tree to Link as it is visible from where she is perched. This triggers the Shrine Quest with Molli's story containing clues to its location. First Link must travel to the lone ceder tree and look northwest to Biron Snowshelf which is the "HUGE snow-white birdie" from the story as the snowself resembles a large snow-white bird with its wings spread wide. Usually the Paraglider, Link must glide to the Biron Snowself and as he glides he should spot a cave emitting the glow of the Mozo Shenno Shrine. Activating the Shrine's Guidance Stone completes the Shrine Quest.
