Tinsuits?[]
Where does the name Tinsuit come from? I cannot find it in any official media. There are enemies called Tinsuits in the cartoon, but they don't look anything like these guys, they seem to be based on Armos (or possibly Darknuts). I think their Japanese name Woosu should be used, unless someone can actually find where the name Tinsuit is used specifically in relation to these wolf-like knights. Actually, come to think of it, was anything specifically from Zelda II actually included in the cartoon? I don't think it was at all. Fizzle 13:43, 11 September 2011 (EDT)
- Most Zelda websites refer to them as Tinsuits. Don't know where they got it from though... And yes, at least two other Zelda II enemies were included in the cartoon: a Moby (in Cold Spells) and a Deeler Kiss'n Tell, both of which are called by their names (see transcripts) and actually look like the ones included in the game. - Thanks for that. I always assumed Tinsuits were based on Darknuts or Armos, however. Did they appear seperately in the cartoon anywhere?
- Nevermind, I checked, had a brain error and forgot I was on a wiki for a second. I am pretty sure Tinsuits are meant to be Armos, even if bigger Armos appeared elsewhere in the cartoon. They look nearly identical to the official art of Armos from TLoZ. Fizzle 14:24, 21 October 2011 (EDT)
