Difference[]
is there any proof that the orange octoballoon is different from the one found in the overworld? also the orange octorok might be a slarok but sprite limitations make it appear to be an octorok. apparently slaroks share the same sprite code as octoroks, but deal more damage when they are in the dark world. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chaosprime8 (talk) 19:41, 22 May 2020
- There isn't much difference between the orange and red other than what's already stated on the page. However, there is proof that Octoroks are what Octoballoons shoot when they explode.
"Popping it will scatter tiny Octoroks that swarm and attack." (Encyclopedia, Dark Horse Books, pg. 195)
