Splitting Noble Sword[]

Archived Messages
Originally from Swords of Oracle of Seasons/Ages

I believe that the Noble Sword section has sufficient information and possibility for expansion for it to be an article on it's own. It's the only section of the article that does not have it's own page. Of course, like all the other pages we'd keep a short description of the Noble Sword with a link to the page. What do you guys think: Aye or nay? — Hylian King [*] 16:12, 4 September 2010 (UTC)

I never understood why some swords have their own pages and why other, more important swords don't. I'm fine with splitting Noble Sword into its own page. Dany36 (talk) 16:22, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
Maybe this should be added on the White Sword's page. Jeangabin (talk) 20:20, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
I think the Noble Sword and the White Sword are two different things. It's only the Japanese versions of Ages and Seasons that calls it the White Sword. In any case, I've made a tentative page for the Noble Sword in my Sandbox. What do you guys think? — Hylian King [*] 21:17, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
It looks great! Looks like you added a lot of info, so now I'd definitely say that the Noble Sword should get its own page. If you want to go ahead and place it on its own article, I have no objections. :) Dany36 (talk) 21:30, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
Thanks! Done and done! — Hylian King [*] 21:57, 4 September 2010 (UTC)

Move to White Sword[]

Since they have the same Japanese name and purpose (Being stronger versions of the basic sword) shouldn't they be on the same article. It be like splitting Skullwalltula and Walltula. Gopherdude12 (talk) 16:54, 7 January 2017 (UTC)

We operate on the English canon and do not adhere to the Japanese canon. Merging is out of the question. - TonyT S C 16:56, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
I also believe they should be merged, as they're meant to be the same sword. How is this different from Skullwalltula and Walltula, or the Priest and Loyal Sage? rjd1922 (talk) 19:01, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
In the English canon they are different Swords. This is confirmed by Encyclopedia, which also mentions that Walltulas and Skullwalltulas are the same, hence why they do share the same page. - Chuck * (Talk) 03:12, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
