King Gohma?

Remember how Gohma at the beginning of Ocarina of Time is called Queen Gohma? Well, my brother's friend once told us that the one from Wind Waker is called King Gohma... is there any evidence on that? Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 06:19, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

Its not a scorpion, even though scorpions are arachnids. It has over eight arms.

I only saw eight arms. If there are other arms, they were hidden, so there's no proof. Besides, the only reason I categorized it as an arachnid is because it was in the insect category (and it's obviously not an insect) and I wanted to get it out. it's closer to a scorpion than an insect. What do you suggest is the correct species?

In the main pic, it has ten/twelve arms. I think. Centipede is good.

It more resembles a centipede than anything else, which are neither insects nor arachnids.

Weird commenting on the same thing over 3 months apart, but I don't care, it's a rather useless catagory.

Not that this is needed anymore, but the centipede is correctly grouped as a myriapod.

...Plus, in the artwork, it has fourteen visible limbs.

I always knew this was gohma due to that that is what the name of him is it just to me doesn't seem like gohma. Io mean first of all he is in a pit of lava then I expect Gaohma to be more like the TP or OOT version.--Ironknuckle1 (talk) 23:26, October 14, 2009 (UTC)

First of all, Gohma is female. Always, invariably, that's a given throughout the series. Second, many things change drastically despite having the same name. Gyorg Pair, Hiploop, Octorok, etc. Xykeb Yvolix Zraliv 23:29, October 14, 2009 (UTC)

Pgans, there is no such thing as a pincer-mandible. There are pincers and mandibles, but no pincer-mandibles. Wikipedia it if you want. -Isdrakthul ( 19:31, April 1, 2010 (UTC))

I did some research, and pincer is the correct term. I'm going to change it. -Isdrakthul ( 20:25, April 1, 2010 (UTC))

Because "pincer-mandibles" are a set of mandibles with spikes or pincers on them. I'm just going to put in a compromise.
Also, I'm getting to this late because my personal laptop is in repair and I don't have the school one with me. ~Pgans
