Glitches[]

After I added the glitches section, I've been constantly maintaining and updating it. However I can't do it alone, if anyone discovers or notices and glitches that are missing it would be great if you could add it on to the page. Fixing up typos and grammar mistakes would also be helpful. Adzma 05:25, 12 February 2007 (CST)

Symbols[]

I would like to note that the triangle/moon symbols on fierce deity link also appear on majora's wrath, possibly implying the Hero of the manga was of the same origin as Majora.

Kijin[]

It's 'Kijin Link' in Japan, not Oni Link. The Oni name is just a fan name. Kijin means fierce deity.

Why?[]

Why do Fierce Deity Link, Fierce Deity and Fierce Deity Mask share one page, while the other three masks all are divided in a character page, a mask page and a link transformation page? IfIHaveTo 08:36, 21 November 2007 (EST)

  • I agree. We should divide it. But only into the mask and the character. The transformation is the character, I think. Tell me if I'm wrong.

Especially given the fact that "Fierce Deity Mask" is not even the correct spelling of the name, I've done as suggested above and split the mask into it's own article (Fierce Deity's Mask), with Fierce Deity Link containing all info related tot he being/deity, and Link's transformation into him. The first section of the Fierce Deity article could do with a bit of a rewrite, to give it a proper introduction. Adam [ talk ] 02:33, 9 February 2008 (EST)

Mask is canon[]

I'm pretty sure it's canon that Link obtained all the masks. I see little purpose repeating that here. Champion of Nayru (talk) 07:11, 9 November 2013 (UTC)Champion of Nayru

It is odd that Hyrule Historia refers to a sidequest as if it were part of the main storyline. I think the concept is noteworthy as trivia. — Hylian King [*] 10:06, 9 November 2013 (UTC)

Who is the Fierce Deity?[]

Could this be Link's Terminan counterpart?

I think so, he looks like Link, sounds like adult Link, and is basically a taller adult Link holding the Biggoron sword (I think I spelled that wrong) that has been re-textured to look like a God. He uses a large double helic blade to slay monsters bigger than Godzilla. Deku2004 (talk) 00:28, 8 October 2017 (UTC)

Source?[]

The text states the Fierce Deity Mask is one of the four transformation masks, and sources this with a random comment from the Happy Mask Salesman about the Deku Mask. But considering in the main menu, a line is drawn between the three transformation masks while the FDM is separate, and furthermore, it's right next to the Giant's Mask which also transforms Link, I think this is a categorization that's instinctive but lacks evidence. Klerdet (talk) 18:00, 3 December 2018 (UTC)

Thanks for pointing that out. I've removed the incorrect citation and added mention of the Giant's Mask for now. TriforceTony (talk) 01:08, 4 December 2018 (UTC)
