Move to Autojump

Instructor Horwell distinctly says "Autojump" about four different times in the little tutorial at the beginning of Skyward Sword, like in this quote: "You can jump a short distance like this just by moving toward it. I like to call it the autojump. Ahh, yes, autojump... It just has a nice ring to it." - Horwell. Just a little move. Nothing big. Noble Wrot 22:53, 11 November 2012 (UTC)

In the beginning of Skyward Sword, Instructor Horwell talks about the Autojump quite a lot. We could use it for citations, as the article has ONE citation. Does anyone know what Horwell says, or should I restart my Skyward Sword and find out? User:Darkness/sig 16:57, 5 January 2013 (UTC)

Everyone does it, but

Does rolling before a jump actually affect the momentum in any way?--Xu-kitty (talk) 07:39, 28 May 2016 (UTC)

It depends on the game, iirc in OoT it doesn't actually do anything, MM on the other hand changed the physics a bit and thus allows things like boosting farther by getting hit near a ledge. One easy place to test is the East Clock Town Silver Rupee jumps, it's pretty easy to notice there. PPLToast (talk) 08:49, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
Hm. Worth a note in Trivia? --Xu-kitty (talk) 06:46, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
Probably best noted in the main article. - TonyT S C 10:21, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
