Breath of the Wild[]

Tabantha Wheat can be collected by cutting grass in the Tabantha Frontier. Alternatively, it can be purchased at The Slippery Falcon in Rito Village or from the travelling merchant Yammo. Eaten raw, Tabantha Wheat will restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge. Tabantha Wheat is one of the ingredients that can be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Light Yellow Dye.
