Sword Moblin Lv. 3 are stronger versions of Sword Moblins that have significantly higher health, deal more damage, and only appear in the Eternal Forest and Hebra Mountains. Zelda can learn their Echo using the Tri Rod, which costs five Echo energy to summon.
