The Business Scrub Association is an association in Termina that deals with the trade market of Business Scrubs. It is only mentioned in Majora's Mask.
Overview
Though the hub of the association doesn't make an appearance in the game, it is mentioned by the Business Scrub in Goron Village when Link speaks to him while in any form other than his Goron form.[1] All the Business Scrubs who participate in the Title Deed trading sequence, however, are members of the association.
Not much is made clear about how the Business Scrub Association works, but it is explained to Link that one of the association's laws requires that a Business Scrub only sell wares exclusively to a particular race. This is why only Deku Scrubs can buy Magic Beans,[2] only Gorons can trade Bigger Bomb Bags,[3] and why only Zoras can buy Green Potions.[4][5] However, any race can buy Blue Potions, with the exception of Zoras; this is because the Business Scrub will, instead of offering his wares, ask the Zora about the possibility of moving to the ocean.[6] Another oddity is that once each Business Scrub has moved to a new location, its wares are available for anyone to purchase.
Another rule set forth by the association requires Business Scrubs to hold title deeds for their particular Deku Flower, and prevents them from moving without first collecting the deed of another flower.[7]
