Soldier's Greaves are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]
Location and Uses[]
Breath of the Wild[]
Soldier's Greaves can be purchased at the Ventest Clothing Boutique in Hateno Village. They're a part of the Soldier's Set, along with the Soldier's Helm and Soldier's Armor. Wearing them provides no bonus aside from an increased defense. Soldier's Greaves can be both enhanced by a Great Fairy and Dyed at the Kochi Dye Shop.

Soldier's Greaves |
Hyrulean guards favored these greaves. They owe their distinctly high defense to the metal plates they're made from, but the added weight takes some getting used to. | Ventest Clothing Boutique |
