Fairly decent article, but I advise you to only include fact in your submissions. There is no fact concerning the Fierce Deity. All that is known of his background is that he is evil and has some relation to Majora. Do not include speculation in your articles in the form of fact. If you want to include speculation, make perfectly clear that what you are saying is only guesswork.

This article is almost completely composed of the glitches to become Fierce Deity. Very little is mentioned about anything in his background, even theories. --[[User:Yuvorias|Yuvorias]]

Ook throws his Gale Boomerang at Link while jumping across several pillars in the center of the room. The Baba Serpents that Ook cut off from the ceiling will also chase after Link. Dodging his Boomerang is easy, but getting him down from the pillars is a bit harder. After he throws his Boomerang, Link must dodge it, then ram the pillar he is standing on. Ook then starts to lose his balance and then gets knocked off the pillar by his own Boomerang when it comes back. Once fallen, his bottom becomes vulnerable. After slashing at him a couple of times, he cuts down some more Baba Serpents to attack Link. Once he is defeated, it is revealed that a gigantic mite on his head was controlling him. Defeating him also yields the Gale Boomerang.

==Trivia==
The new section to this page 'Who is the Feirce Deity?', in my opinion contains too much speculation for a wiki... such as saying the Interlopers of TP worshiped him, which has little clause considering they're in different parallel worlds. Though it has a theory warning, there isn't evidence in support of it... so I think this section should be worked on, removing the said stuff and more... {{:User:Melchizedek/sig}} 22:06, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

:Some of it is interesting, but the Dark Interlopers thing, yeah, definitely doesn't work, for a number of reasons. As for the rest of it, I'm afraid I'm not yet really familiar with how much speculation this wiki tolerates on its articles.... [[User:Jimbo Jambo|Jimbo Jambo]] 08:38, 20 January 2009 (UTC)

I have compiled a theory of Majora's Origins, and it concerns Fierce Deity Link too. If you want to read it it's on my talk page.

  +
I think that Fierce Deity is the spirit of The Hero of Time that keeps getting re-incarnated. I also believe that the traveler in the MM manga was Fierce Deity. Is that worth mentioning in the article?

Ook is the mini-boss of the Forest Temple in Twilight Princess.

History

Ook is the leader of the monkeys of Faron Woods, who is being controlled by a parasite. He is first seen when he cuts down a bridge across a chasm with the Gale Boomerang in the Forest Temple. Later, when Link enters his chamber, he finds the primate standing atop a pillar. Ook then swings his Gale Boomerang at several Baba Serpents hanging from the ceiling, then taunts Link by spanking his bottom, and initiates a battle with him. After the battle, Ook's parasitic mite is destroyed and he returns to normal, and he later comes back to help Link battle Diababa, the dungeon's boss. He aids in the fight by swinging across the screen carrying Bomblings for Link to use against Diababa.

Strategy

Trivia

  • The intro music to his mini-boss fight is a remixed version of "Saria's Song".
