The Rusty Bell is an Item in Oracle of Seasons.[1]

Location and Uses[]

RustyBell

Link finding the Rusty Bell

The Rusty Bell is a ruined version of the Pirate's Bell.[2] It was lost by the Piratians upon washing up in Subrosia.[3] Cap'n received it from his lover Queen Ambi,[4] and as such feels incapable of sailing away without it.[5] Link, with the help of a Piratian skull, finds the Rusty Bell buried in a cave in the Samasa Desert.

However, Cap'n will not accept the Bell in its sorry state. Link has it cleaned and reforged into the Pirate's Bell at the Subrosian Smithy, and returns it to the Piratian crew. With the gift returned, Cap'n is able to direct the crew out of Subrosia.[6]

Trivia[]

  • Although the Rusty Bell is always found in the same cave, the exact entrance to the cave will commonly change. Therefore, Link needs the skull's help to find it.
