Cooking one with Monster Parts in a Cooking Pot will create a Tough Elixir, which will temporarily increase Link's defense. Alternatively, they can be traded with Beedle for a random Food or Elixir. The Kochi Dye Shop accepts Rugged Rhino Beetles as an ingredient for Green Dye.
