"Ruffian-Infested Village" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview[]
Link meets two people near Lurelin Village, Rozel — the head of the village — and Bolson — a journeyman builder. The two said they are ousted from the village because a group of monsters have invaded the village in a large boat, like 'pirates', and destroyed the village. The Lurelin villagers were forced to evacuate and lived off as vagabonds away from their home.
To resolve this, Link headed into the occupied village by himself and fought against the monster forces, consisting of mostly black monsters and the leader of them all, a black Boss Bokoblin. Once all the monsters have been defeated,[1] the scattered survivors returned and were amazed to see him save the village as one-man.[2] With the monster situation dealt with, Rozel planned to rebuild the village and Bolson elected to oversee the restoration.
