Rollobites resemble pill bugs. When attacked, they will roll into balls and can be picked up and thrown into holes in order to reach Switches and Chests. Link can also draw them in and fire them with the Gust Jar. They appear in various Caves across Hyrule, as well as the Cave of Flames.
Nomenclature
Rollobite's English name may be a portmanteau of roll and lobite, indicating its different body sections. Rollobite's Japanese name may be derived from the Japanese words, 球 (Kyuu), and 魔 (Ma), literally meaning "demon ball".
