Location and Uses
Rock Patterns are geometric patterns of Rocks that can be found throughout Hyrule Kingdom. When Link initially finds a Rock Pattern, it will be incomplete. By finding Rocks nearby and placing them in any empty spots, Link will find a hidden Korok, which gives him a Korok Seed.[2]
Akkala
A total of four Rock Patterns can be found in Akkala.
- Northeast of the Akkala Span
- Northeast of Tarrey Town, overlooking Lake Akkala
- South of the Monster Stronghold in the Akkala Wilds
- East of the East Akkala Stable
Central Hyrule
A total of 10 Rock Patterns can be found in Central Hyrule.
- West of Mount Hylia
- On the Salari Plain, northeast of Salari Hill
- On the western side of the Aquame Lake
- West of the Exchange Ruins
- Between Lake Kolomo and Whistling Hill
- On top of the hill west of Hyrule Castle Town
- West of the Water Reservoir
- On top of the hill that houses Noya Neha Shrine

Eldin
A total of eight Rock Patterns can be found in Eldin.
- On the northern shore of Lake Ferona

- On the cliff overlooking the western end of the Tanagar Canyon
- In the Tanagar Canyon, north of the Footrace Check-In
- On a hill in the northeast corner of the North Tabantha Snowfield
Lanayru
A total of 10 Rock Patterns can be found in Lanayru.
- On the beach of the Samasa Plain
- On the island north of Luto's Crossing

- Near the pond southwest of Crenel Peak

- On the hill on Kincean Island
