The Rented Bow is an Item in A Link Between Worlds.[1]
Location and Uses[]
The Rented Bow is the first Item Link obtains in A Link Between Worlds, being given to him by Ravio. It is necessary to open the way to the Eastern Palace. Just as the normal Bow does, the Rented Bow fires an Arrow when activated, which can be used to damage Enemies and hit Crystal Switches. Ravio offers it for rent for only ten Rupees before the Eastern Palace is cleared, compared to its normal price of fifty.
Being a rented Item, the Rented Bow will be returned to Ravio by Sheerow if Link falls in battle. It may be permanently obtained as the Bow for 800 Rupees, and further upgraded into the Nice Bow by Mother Maiamai.
