- Not to be confused with the Rented Hammer.
The Rental Hammer is a class of Weapon used by Ravio in Hyrule Warriors.[name reference needed] It is associated with Darkness.
Variations[]
The Level 1 Rental Hammer is the Wooden Hammer. This is unlocked with Ravio when the A Link Between Worlds Pack DLC is purchased in Hyrule Warriors and Hyrule Warriors Legends. In Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition, both Ravio and the Wooden Hammer are unlocked as a Reward for Battle Victory in Battle F5 of the Lorule Map. It is modeled after the Hammer in A Link Between Worlds, like the Hammer item in Hyrule Warriors Legends and Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition. However, it is worn around the edges, differentiating the two. This also results in it resembling the Hammer from Phantom Hourglass, but without the handle sticking out on top as far
The Level 2 Rental Hammer is the White Bunny Hammer. In Hyrule Warriors, this is unlocked with Ravio and the other tiers but must be obtained from a Weapon Bag. In Hyrule Warriors Legends, this is unlocked by getting an A Rank in the Lorule Map Battle E3 in Adventure Mode. As it's name implies, this Hammer is white and has a pair of white bunny ears on the top, based on the bunny ears on top of the Rented Hammer from A Link Between Worlds. The Hammer also has a brown grip, a red band around the edge and a swirl on the faces of the Hammer.
The Level 3 Rental Hammer Nice Hammer. In Hyrule Warriors, this is unlocked with Ravio and the other tiers but must be obtained from a Weapon Bag. In Hyrule Warriors Legends, this is unlocked by getting an A Rank in the Lorule Map Battle A1. This Hammer is modeled after its namesake and features the Lorulean Triforce on the Hammer's faces. The Hammer's handle has also been replaced with a shorter version of Princess Hilda's Staff.
The Level 4 Rental Hammer Nice Hammer +, which can only be found in Hyrule Warriors Legends. It is unlocked by getting an A Rank in the Lorule Map Battle F8. This is visually identical to the Nice Hammer but is much stronger.

Special Attack[]
Ravio readies his Bow with three Bomb Arrows and fires them in a spread in front him to knock enemies into the air, then tosses his Gale Boomerang to sweep them up with two tornadoes from the sides. The tornadoes then collide and form into a single, larger one in front of Ravio while he gives applause.
