Raw Gourmet Meats are dropped by Water Buffalo, Snowcoat Foxes, Maraudo Wolves, Wasteland Coyotes, Cold-Footed Wolves, Tabantha Moose, Great-Horned Rhinoceros, Honeyvore Bears, and Grizzlemaw Bears when they are killed. When eaten, Raw Gourmet Meat heals three Raw Meat. Raw Gourmet Meat can also be roasted by a Fire to make Seared Gourmet Steak or frozen to make Icy Gourmet Meat.
When Link speaks to Trott at Outskirt Stable, he will express a desire for Raw Gourmet Meat. This will activate the Side Quest "A Rare Find". If Link gives him some, he will be paid 100 Rupees. Afterwards, Link can give Trott Raw Gourmet Meat at any time for 100 Rupees.
