Pulse of the Ancients[3] is the first downloadable content pack for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, released on June 18, 2021. It is exclusively available as part of the game's Expansion Pass.
Overview[]
The expansion pass adds the following:
- A new playable Warrior, the Battle-Tested Guardian.
- Two new weapon types:
- A Flail for Link
- The Master Cycle for Zelda
- The Apocalyptic Difficulty level.
- New Enemies:
- Meteo Wizzrobes, Thunder Wizzrobes, and Blizzrobes
- Giant Chuchus
- Moblins that can throw Bomb Barrels now appear outside of Divine Beast Battles
- Vicious Enemy are more difficult version of existing Enemies that appear in EX Vicious Monster Battles
- Six respawning EX Vicious Monster Battles:
- The unique EX Vicious Monster Battle, EX Alert: Forgotten Temple, which is always available to replay after completion.
