The Phantom Ganon Skull is an item in Breath of the Wild.[1] It is a piece of Armor exclusive to The Champions' Ballad DLC Pack.
Location and Uses[]
Obtaining the Phantom Ganon Skull is one part of the objective of the "EX Treasure: Dark Armor" Side Quest. The Skull was stolen from Hyrule Castle by Misko and a clue to its location can be found in Misko's EX Journal 2 at the Deya Village Ruins.[2][3] The metallic Treasure Chest that hides the Phantom Ganon Skull can be found submerged under the highest of three waterfalls flowing south from Corta Lake to Floria Lake. Link must use the Magnesis Rune to pull the Chest from the waterfall to retrieve it.
When worn, the Skull provides one level of Stealth Up. The Phantom Ganon Skull cannot be enhanced by a Great Fairy nor can it be Dyed at the Kochi Dye Shop. The Phantom Ganon Skull, alongside the Phantom Ganon Armor and Phantom Ganon Greaves, compose the Phantom Ganon Set.
According to its description, it is believed that the Phantom Ganon Skull is infused with a dark entity that resembles the Great King of Evil.[1] After obtaining the Phantom Ganon Skull, Granté in Tarrey Town will begin selling it for 50 Rupees.
