Paul is a character in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.[2]
Biography[]
Paul is a boy from a very wealthy family. He enjoys taking vacations on his hot-air balloon. He usually travels with his butler, Old Gent. Tingle can help them recover lost parts of the balloon after it crash-landed in the Icy Plain.
