Mudoran is a language in A Link to the Past.[1]

Mudoran is the iteration of Hylian text that appears in A Link to the Past. It is inscribed on various important rocks and pedestals, notably the Pedestal of the Master Sword. The Book of Mudora is required to translate Mudoran into messages that Link can understand.[1]

- In the Japanese versions of A Link to the Past, Mudoran characters resemble Egyptian hieroglyphs. These were changed in subsequent localizations.
- Whereas later Hylian scripts can be translated to Japanese or English, Mudoran text is unintelligible.
