Gimos Statues can be found throughout Lorule dungeons and can be used to solve puzzles by pushing them to activating switches, but the Gimos that come to life will charge at Link relentlessly.

Ice Gimos are primarily found on Death Mountain in Lorule. They are a little stronger than standard Gimos, but are exceptionally weak to the Fire Rod, which will melt them instantly. Ice Gimos Statues can be found blocking various paths and entrances and must be melted to progress.

Big Ice Gimos
Big Ice Gimos are giant, powerful varieties of Gimos. One appears near the western summit of Lorule's Death Mountain, while another appears in the caves to the east. They attack in a similar fashion to Armos Knights from ALTTP, leaping high above Link to slam down upon him. If they connect, they will send Link flying, often off the edge of a platform. They are powerful and can withstand many hits, but like their smaller cousins they are easily destroyed with the Fire Rod.

Fire Gimos appear in Turtle Rock. Unlike Gimos and Ice Gimos, they cannot be harmed with Link's sword, and Link will take damage if he strikes them with his blade. They can only be defeated by hitting them with the Ice Rod and then striking them once they are frozen.

Template:Enemy Big Deku Babas are enemies from Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess.

Characteristics and appearances

A sub-species of the Deku Baba, the Big Deku Baba is a truly colossal version of the Deku Baba in every way. It is unknown whether the species existed during Link's childhood in Ocarina of Time, but by seven years later, they became infamous for terrorizing the Kokiri Forest (one even was situated outside Link's own house). Big Deku Babas exist in Link's childhood in Master Quest. It is possible that the original Big Deku Baba was a mutation of the Deku Baba caused by the evil radiating from the Forest Temple. Most, if not almost all, Big Deku Babas vanished after Phantom Ganon was defeated.

In Twilight Princess, Big Deku Babas share a symbiotic relationship with Deku Likes, particularly the ones found in Faron Province, and will grow almost right on top of one.
