The Lynna City Comedian is a character in Oracle of Ages.[2][note 1]
Biography[]
The Lynna City Comedian can be found in Lynna City in the present, standing with his Sidekick just outside of the house with the blue roof. The Comedian is very fond of the jokes he tells, but it seems he is the only one who appreciates them.[5] Even his own Sidekick will disapprove of the Comedian's jokes.[6]
The Lynna City Comedian plays a role in the Trading Quest. Link can trade him the Cheesy Mustache to aid him with his comedy.[7] In exchange, the Comedian will tell Link the Funny Joke,[8] which can then be told to Dekadin to continue the Trading Quest. With the Comedian's new mustache, his Sidekick asks if he plans on restarting his comedy routine anew.[9]

Notes
- ↑ This character was also referred to as Subel in the Oracle of Ages book by Craig Wessel and simply as the Comedian in Art & Artifacts.[3][4] However, because Encyclopedia retconned these terms, they are not considered Canon.
