Gathering Luminous Stones
Location and Uses
Hyrule Compendium Entry
Luminous Stone Deposits can be found all around Hyrule, though they're plentiful around Zora's Domain in the Lanayru Great Spring. They can be broken by hitting them with a Weapon or by blowing them up with a Remote Bomb. Whether broken or not, hitting them with a non-wooden weapon or an arrow generates sparks that can start fires. When they break, Luminous Stones can drop. They may also release some Flint, and there is also a chance to get only one or the other instead of both. It's said that they contain quite a bit of Luminous Stone within them, which are easily processed. When they're destroyed, Luminous Stone Deposits will not appear again until after a Blood Moon passes.
