The Lost Hills are a location in The Legend of Zelda.[1]
Features and Overview[]
The Lost Hills are a mysterious series of hills located on Death Mountain. In order to reach Level 5, Link must go up the mountain four times in a row.[2] If Link goes up, right or down, he will end up lost in the same screen. Link can only exit the Lost Hills by going left.

Trivia[]
- Although the Lost Hills made no reappearance in later Zelda games, a similar mechanic to the Lost Hills was used for Onox's Castle in Oracle of Seasons where the player has to continue going forward to reach Onox's boss room, and entering either the left or right rooms will force the player to start at the beginning.
