Lava Pits are recurring Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1] Lava Pits go unnamed in Majora's Mask.

Location and Uses[]

Lava Pits are shallow pools of Lava which will damage Link if he comes into contact with them.

Ocarina of Time[]

Lava Pits can be found in Dodongo's Cavern, Goron City, and the Fire Temple. If Link touches a Lava Pit, he will sustain damage in quarter-Heart intervals.

Majora's Mask[]

Lava Pits can be found in Snowhead and the Stone Tower Temple. Goron Link is capable of walking through Lava Pits without taking any damage.
