Koltin is Kilton's younger brother in Tears of the Kingdom. His dream is to become a Satori, and he believes that he can become one by eating Bubbul Gems, obtained by defeating Bubbul Frogs. He can give you many armor pieces such as the Bokoblin Mask, Moblin Mask, Lizalfos Mask, Horriblin Mask, and Lynel Mask, which fool their respective enemies into thinking that you are one of them (The Lynel Mask's effect is temporary, though). Additionally, Koltin also sells the Mystic Set. When worn together, the Mystic Robe, Mystic Trousers, and Mystic Headpiece will give Link a level 3 Rupee Padding buff, making Link lose rupees instead of health when attacked. If Link gives Koltin all the Bubbul Gems by finding and defeating all the Bubbul Frogs, Koltin will eat all the gems. His skin will then turn bright blue and he would transform into a... Blupee. Then Koltin, in his new spirit form, hops past Link and disappears in a puff.
