Iona is one of Tingle's love interests in Color Changing Tingle's Love Balloon Trip. She first appears on Page 6, and also on Pages 7 and 8. The first time Tingle meets her, she is leaving home, presumably on a short trip. When she first meets Tingle on Page 6, she will run off, and lock herself within a store. He will not be able to further interact with her until he is on Page 7, where he can give her gifts in a Love Push.
