Entrance to the Shrine
The Kam Urog Shrine Shrine is located in a site northeast of Fort Hateno, buried beneath the ground. In order to access it, Link must complete the Shrine Quest "The Cursed Statue". Once he does so, Kam Urog Shrine will emerge from the ground, allowing Link to access it. As Link enters the Shrine, he is greeted by the Shrine's Monk, Kam Urog.[1]

This leads to the pathway to Kam Urog Shrine, the eponymous Monk responsible for constructing the Trial. Upon greeting him, he will present Link with a Spirit Orb for completing the Trial,[2] and will wish Link well before fading away.[3]
A Treasure Chest containing an Opal can be found in an aperture along the wall. A second Treasure Chest connected to a rotating platform inside the cylindrical chamber contains a Soldier's Spear.
