The Ho Ho Tribe are a group of seven treasure-seekers appearing in Phantom Hourglass.[1]
Biography[]
The Ho Ho Tribe can be found sailing in the Southeastern quadrant of the World of the Ocean King, but they originate from the land of Wayaway.[2]
They buy a specific Treasure from Link that changes from time to time, for more Rupees than the Teller of Treasures found on Mercay Island. The amount they offer and the item they seek changes at midnight on the internal clock of the Nintendo DS.
During the Phantom Hourglass trading sequence, Hoiger Howgendoogen, who is the only member of the tribe who doesn't have a Telescope, will trade Link the Guard Notebook for a Kaleidoscope.

Certain items are treasure to the people of Wayaway, and I'll buy them from you! I'll buy them for more than any of the general stores around here, too." — Ho Ho Tribe (Phantom Hourglass)
