Harry is a character mentioned in Breath of the Wild.[3]

Biography[]

Harry was a Horse who lived at Snowfield Stable with his mate Mary and Monkton when he was a child. Monkton recalls a time when he went to play with Harry out at the North Lomei Labyrinth, while he also played with Mary by the Forgotten Temple.[3]

If Link asks to hear about Harry, Monkton explains that the North Lomei Labyrinth is a huge maze at the edge of the Tabantha Tundra.[4] When he was a child, the adults warned him not to approach it, as it was too dangerous.[5] One day, Monkton sent Harry into the maze to test his courage,[6] but he never returned.[2] All these years later, the memory still breaks his heart.[7]

In time, Monkton reveals that he was able to overcome his grief over losing both Harry and Mary.[8] While they never returned, two of their descendants still reside in the stall next to Snowfield Stable.[1]
