The Grand Fairy is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. The mother of Pinkle, the Grand Fairy is the one who informs Tingle that Rupeeland is a horrible place where evil reigns and freedom does not exist. Because of this, it becomes clear that Uncle Rupee is using Tingle, and there have been plenty of people before him that had collected enough Rupees for Uncle Rupee; they were in turn sent to Rupeeland where they were forced into an eternity as Uncle Rupee's slaves. This description by the Grand Fairy is later depicted in a hallucination by Tingle entitled Bad Uncle Rupee's Ashen Rupeeland.

If Tingle collects all the Rupee Goods and saves Pinkle, the Grand Fairy rewards him by giving him a defensive, pink suit to wear during the final battle.
